    The miniCAM5S-M is intended to be a high value, multipurpose camera supporting deep space and planetary imaging.
    The camera use a high QE 1.2mega pixel 1/3inch 1280*960 CMOS sensor. The mono version  has a QE of 75%  miniCAM5S-M has 30fps high speed output at the full 1280*960 resolution and 200fps at 320*240, making it a great planetary camera. It has professional two stage TEC andtemperature regular which can cool the image sensor down to -45C below ambient . These features making it an idea deep space camera.
    It also has the extremely low readout noise to 2e-.The high speed, high QE ,cooling system make this camera idea for both deep space and planetary imaging along with many scientific applications.
